We needed a small retaining wall rebuilt after it started to lean badly. From the first visit Ben was reassuring and honest.

He explained what needed doing and gave us a really clear quote. The lads were tidy, on time, and did a cracking job. Now it’s solid, straight, and looks even better than before. Couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.

So impressed with how seamlessly they tied the new bricks into the old section. You’d never guess they were done 20 years apart!

Ben’s attention to detail is superb.

BTB built a lovely curved wall around our patio area and it’s finished off the space beautifully. You can tell they care about the detail — even the mortar joints are spot on.

Ben was really helpful, not pushy, and the team were brilliant. It’s rare to get that kind of care these days.

We had a bit of a nightmare with a previous builder so were nervous about hiring again. BTB completely turned things around.

Ben was reassuring, straight-talking and clearly knew what he was doing. The brickwork is tidy, solid, and exactly what we needed. Everything was completed when they said and the mess was minimal. We’re seriously impressed.

I was amazed how quickly they cracked on and how tidy they kept everything. The quality of the finish is class – every brick perfectly aligned.

Feels like proper workmanship.

We needed a new boundary wall built after the old one started crumbling. BTB came out quickly, gave honest advice, and quoted a fair price.

Ben kept us in the loop the whole time and made sure the finish matched perfectly. Lovely team and a really tidy result.

Used BTB for a short run of boundary wall and couldn’t be more pleased. From the first quote to the final brick it was stress-free.

Ben kept us in the loop the whole time and made sure we were happy before anything was final. The lads worked solid and didn’t leave any mess. Great finish and excellent service.

Ben and the team rebuilt our old side wall and the difference is unreal. Smooth finish, solid as anything and matched perfectly with the house bricks.

Couldn’t be happier.

We had a vision for a small decorative feature wall to break up our patio, but every builder we asked either didn’t get it or told us it wasn’t worth doing. Then we met Ben from BTB, who actually listened.

He helped us design something unique and the end result is genuinely stunning. The brickwork is precise, the design flows beautifully, and the lads were careful around the plants and patio slabs. I’ve never had tradespeople treat our garden with so much respect. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome — it’s better than we imagined.

It’s rare these days to find tradespeople who turn up when they say and stick to the original quote – but BTB did exactly that. We needed a short run of wall along the front garden and they handled everything, including sourcing the bricks and disposing of the old wall.

Clean, professional and bang on with the finish. Ben was sound and kept in touch throughout the build. Great experience.

Honestly just over the moon with how the wall turned out. It’s not often you get exactly what you picture in your head but BTB nailed it.

Ben was great – friendly and reassuring without being pushy. The team were lovely and kept the garden spotless. You can tell they really care about doing a good job. I’ll be using them again.

Our old boundary wall had seen better days so we brought BTB in for a complete rebuild. They were fantastic from quote to clean up.

Ben was great to deal with – clear, honest and genuinely helpful. The job was done earlier than expected and the workmanship is top notch. Straight lines, consistent mortar, and they even sorted a small path repair while here. A really skilled and down-to-earth team.

I’d been putting off getting the wall fixed for ages but I’m so glad I went with BTB. Ben didn’t make me feel silly for not knowing what needed doing, just gave me straightforward advice.

The lads were brilliant – no loud radios or swearing, just solid work and a proper tidy up after. The wall is strong, clean and looks like it’s always been there. Brilliant service.

The new front wall BTB built has changed the whole look of our property. It’s smart, strong and lines up perfectly with the drive.

Ben was helpful and easy to deal with, and the whole thing felt professional but friendly. We’ve had loads of compliments already. Will definitely use them again for future work.

Used BTB for the second time now and just like before, they didn’t disappoint. Reliable, friendly, and top-quality work from start to finish.

Ben even checked back in a few days later to make sure everything was spot on.
