We are Ben and Stacie Burman, the husband-and-wife team behind BTB & Co. This is our family building company, where care comes first and craft stands right beside it.
When you trust us with your home, you get neat work, fair prices and a team that keeps its word. We build it like it is ours and leave your place tidy at the end of each day.
Where It Began
Ben completed three years of City & Guilds brickwork then honed his skills on site. In 2017 and 2018 he built and sold his own single and double dwellings which taught him to plan like a developer and deliver like a tradesman who cares about every detail.
In 2024 Stacie launched a second company alongside the development work so we could help homeowners directly with the same standards. We were BTB Sons with our three boys and became BTB & Co when our daughter arrived because this is truly a family effort run by a husband and wife who live and breathe the work.

Ben Burman – Managing Director
Ben leads on site with a steady head and a careful eye. He spots small changes that improve strength and longevity without unnecessary spend.
He keeps the focus on what you pictured from the start and he works until it shows!
Stacie Burman – Managing Director
Stacie runs the operation and supports on-site when needed. She manages accounts, quotes, logistics, and communication so the project stays clear and stress-free.
She keeps everyone updated and makes the journey feel simple!

How We Work
We listen first. We agree a clear scope, a fair price and a timeline. On-site, we keep things safe and tidy, and we flag smart tweaks that add value without pushing cost.
At handover, we walk the job with you and make sure the finish feels right as well as looks right.
From first quote to completion, everything with BTB & Co was straightforward. The extension looks amazing, and the finish inside is faultless.
