Builders in North Lynn

We had BTB & Co replace our old cracked slabs and it’s transformed the garden. Ben managed everything from quote to clean-up.

The lads grafted hard and finished ahead of schedule. The attention to detail’s unreal.

Needed the flat emptied quickly for a sale. They assessed from photos first, gave a clear price and completed the job in one day.

Floors swept, no damage and everything disposed of properly. Made the whole process much simpler than we’d expected.

First time using this company and I’m glad we did. They were punctual and respectful and the new turf settled well.

Garden looks brighter already.

Landlord property that needed emptying fast after tenants left a lot behind. Got a clear quote the same day, agreed access and the crew arrived on time with suitable vehicles.

They cleared furniture, mattresses, appliances and general rubbish from every room and the loft. Floors and doorways were protected, the place was left tidy and everything was taken away for proper disposal. Made the turnover simple and I’d use them again without hesitation.

The fitting was done with real care for how the kitchen would actually be used. They checked levels properly and made small adjustments on site so everything sat right.

A few weeks later and the drawers still run smoothly with no sticking. It feels like a solid job that was thought through rather than rushed. The difference shows every time we open a cupboard.

Our old bathroom was cramped and the shower never drained properly. They sorted the plumbing and gave us a much better layout with a bigger shower area.

The job took a bit longer than quoted but they kept us updated every step and the result is worth the wait.

I’d recommend BTB & Co to anyone. Ben checked progress every day and the team were brilliant.

The patio drains properly, no puddles anywhere. You can tell it’s been done properly.

First time having wallpaper hung and I was nervous it would look wonky. They measured everything twice and the pattern matches perfectly at every seam.

No bubbles or lifting edges anywhere. The dining room looks completely transformed and far more expensive than it was.

I can’t praise BTB & Co enough. Ben handled planning approvals, trades and suppliers like a pro.

The team delivered top-quality workmanship and left everything spotless each night. The house looks amazing and feels solid as a rock.

The room stays warm all day and the insulation’s spot on. Really pleased with the whole process.

Having the work done while we were still living in the house was always going to be tricky with two small children. They were brilliant at keeping the dust contained and made sure we had access to the toilet at the end of each day.

The new bathroom is so much easier to clean and the kids love the shower now. Made a stressful time far more manageable.

Really pleased with BTB. Ben took the time to understand the feel we wanted and the lads worked carefully around our existing planting.

The new paths and patio tie everything together and the garden feels genuinely peaceful now. They cleaned up each day and didn’t rush anything. Lovely team and a lovely finish.
