I’d never organised building work before, so I was a bit nervous. BTB & Co made it surprisingly simple.

The lads arrived when they said they would, grafted all day and tidied before leaving. Ben checked in regularly but never hovered. Everything ran to schedule, and the finish is outstanding. Even our decorator commented on how square and true the walls were. It’s rare to feel this relaxed during building works. Five stars from us.
